Freddie Mac turned to us to develop a multicultural marketing campaign targeted at eliminating specific homeownership barriers in the African-American and Latino communities.

In response, Comunicad developed culturally appropriate, branded communications materials and mobilized key community-based organizations with a grassroots strategy to disseminate information about homeownership facts and misconceptions.

Thanks to our efforts, calls to the campaign's hotlines exceeded expectations by more than 340%.The program expanded from five to more than 20 cities.
