Silvia is the Executive Assistant to the President. With a strong background working in multi-faceted organizations, Silvia coordinates and oversees the day-to-day needs of the office including scheduling, global travel, logistics, special events, external communications.
What would you say is one of your finest moments, something you're very proud of?
Coming to the U.S. from Peru alone more than 14 years ago and working hard to achieve what I have been able to accomplish.
What has been one of your most embarrassing moments?
Not paying attention to a speaker remarks at an event. Later that speaker sat my table and asked what I thought of the speech. Of course I said "great,” but I couldn’t elaborate much.
What do you like most about working at Comunicad?
The family atmosphere and having a great role model for a boss.
If you had to live on a deserted island, besides your family, what would you miss most? Which skills would you use to get off the island?
My lovely mattress. I would use my never–give-up attitude and find my way back home … but only after enjoying a few days of peace.
Name two of your top pet peeves
Bad drivers and people who don’t follow a healthy lifestyle.
What do you like to do during your free time?
Cook, exercise, spend time with family, and enjoy a good glass of wine.
Silvia also assists the company CFO in billing and accounting. Silvia ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s work by applying the principles of results-driven customer satisfaction from her background in the tourism and hospitality industries. Silvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialty in tourism and hotel management from the Universidad Particular San Martín de Porres, Lima, Perú.
