Carmen Marsans is the Chief Relator at Comunicad. Carmen’s career of more than 30 years, has earned her national recognition when inducted in the PRSA Hall of Fame and named one of the Top 20 Marketing Professionals by Latino Leader Magazine. At Comunicad, Carmen oversees media efforts and the creation of strategic national integrated campaigns to position the agency and its clients in general and multicultural markets. Carmen also directs and manage programs for corporate clients and special projects with international organizations.
She specializes in building strong community relationships through public outreach campaigns that foster long-term growth. Her PR approach has resulted in award-winning campaigns for clients.
Before joining Comunicad, Carmen worked for FleishmanHillard as part of the team that helped manage the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy. She spent more than 20 years at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, were she helped create their education department and the IBEW Hispanic Outreach Program that is still in place today.
